Har hört att man kan överföra pengar via paypal utan att mottagaren får betala avgift. Nån som lyckats med detta?

Nu är jag inte uppdaterad men är det inte avgiftsfritt om mottagaren inte flyttar pengarna till ett annat konto utan bara handlar med de insatta pengarna.

Jag minns inte hur man gör, men jag vet att det går att överföra utan att mottagaren får betala procent på det överförda beloppet. Det är bara att googla lite så hittar du nog hur man ska göra.
