Jag menar att det är där man drar på sig en massa spam....;) Men det gör man från många köp & sälj siter också....;)

Seriöst: många spamadresser är "gissade" - har man ett kort namn på en populär adress (t.ex. bjoel@hotmail.com) får man massor även om man aldrig lämnat ut den. Väljerman ett riktigt långt namn får man ingen SPAM den vägen (ja, det är provat).

Genom att bara "surfa" får man dock ingen SPAM - inget i din webbläsare lämnar ut din mailadress automatiskt, det får du stå för själv genom att använda den på webbforum och inloggningar, eller genom att just svara på skräppost. Om du svarar på ett mail där avsändaren gissat adressen så bekräftar du ju att den fungerar. Bekräftade adresser är mer värdefulla än gissade, så om du svarar på ett SPAM kan det hända du tjänar pengar åt avsändaren.
